Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this latest document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.
